Hi! I’m Kayla, one of the hygienists at Lake Area Dental. I am so excited to be back from Arizona working alongside Dr. Jaksa and this amazing team! I bring over 10 years of experience and my goal is to always provide a gentle yet thorough dental experience. I look forward to seeing all the new and familiar smiles!
Outside of the office I have a busy household of boys! I love being active, traveling, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Rachelle
Hello! I’m Rachelle, one of the hygienists here at Lake Area Dental. I have been with the practice since June of 2018. I come to the practice with over 20 years experience in dental hygiene. My goal is to provide you with a pleasant and personalized experience. I love working to create beautiful and healthy smiles for the beautiful people that go with them.
Outside of the office I am the Mom of 2 wonderful children, both in high school. I enjoy spending time with them and my rescue Jack Russell Terrier (Ed). I also enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening and Pilates.

Hi, my name is Mandy. I am a licensed Dental Assistant here at Lake Area Dental. I bring 20 years of experience to this office. I am very proud to be working alongside Dr. Jaksa and his staff, whom provide the highest quality and excellence in dental care. I enjoy getting to know my patients and making them as comfortable as possible. I look forward to meeting you and creating a long lasting beautiful smile.
Out of the office I am raising my awesome daughter and spending time with my rescue pitty named Merly.

Hello, My name is Erica. I am excited to have joined the Lake Area Dental team as the Office Coordinator. I have been working in patient care and office administration for over 15 years. I look forward to assisting you through your entire dental experience at Lake Area Dental.
Outside of the office, I am a wife and Mom of 2 boys. We are active in sports and enjoy spending time at our cabin on Rainy Lake.
Lori
Hi, my name is Lori. I joined the Lake Area Dental team in June of 2023. In my role as the Office Assistant, I support Dr Jaksa and his team by assisting in all areas of the practice.
I have over 28 years of experience in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant serving the community first in a clinical facility, assisting providers in all areas of the clinic and most recently over 20 years in higher education, both teaching and assisting in all aspects of the Medical Assistant Program.
I have been blessed to have this opportunity to work with such an amazing team of professionals at Lake Area Dental, whose care and commitment to their patients and the practice are evident. Their passion for the field of dentistry and compassion they have for their patients as well as each other shine through every day. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you, as well as placing your care and comfort as a top priority during your visit with us.
Out of the office, I enjoy fishing and spending time with my husband at our land and our cabin in northern Minnesota, spending time with our family, our friends and our two mischievous kitties Bear and Bailee.
