– Patient also had previous orthodontic history with resulting TMJ and facial muscle problems, including weekly temporal headaches.
– Patient was treated with splint therapy to establish TMJ health, muscle health and correct joint position.
– Patient was then treated orthodontically to correct function and esthetics.
– Last, patient had veneers done on lateral incisors to correct esthetics and give more permanent result than removed composite filling material.
