-Patient has failing crowns on the upper front teeth.
-Left upper front tooth is fractured from poor bite and needs to be extracted.
-Patient has history of a lower front tooth being extracted. This leaves the canines poorly positioned, resulting in very poor function, anterior wear on lower front teeth & mobility of all front teeth.
-Upper front tooth was extracted and an implant was placed.
-Ortho was necessary to reposition canines to correct function and eliminate mobility of teeth.
-Teeth were bleached.
-Crowns on the upper 6 front teeth were placed and shaping of the lower teeth was completed to idealize esthetics and occlusion.
