-Patient trauma resulting in need for an extraction of 3 front teeth
-Lower 6 front teeth are in poor position to allow restoration of upper arch
-Tissues of remaining upper teeth (canines and premolars) are poorly positioned
-Tissue surgery was performed, 3 upper front teeth were extracted, upper canines were grafted to put tissue back, upper premolars had crown lengthening to remove tissue
-2 upper implants placed to restore 3 front teeth
-Crowns placed on upper front 12 teeth and lower 6 front teeth to idealize esthetics and function
