-Spacing is wrong for permanent bicuspid which is smaller in width than primary tooth to be extracted.
-Tooth behind the tooth to be extracted has existing crown.
-Primary tooth is extracted, tissues are grafted and implant is placed in extraction site.
-2 Crowns are placed to balance spacing to ideal esthetics and function.
