-Patient presents with bone loss and mobile teeth from past history of smoking.
-Patient has soft tissue loss and bone loss in area of upper front teeth.
-Lower front teeth are over erupted resulting in uneven occlusal plane and wear.
-Lower front teeth are reshaped to correct height.
-Crowns are placed on upper six front teeth and Occlusal Equilibration (adjust bite) is completed to correct aesthetics and function.
