-Patient has spacing between front teeth, worn front teeth, and poor function and color
-Orthodontics: teeth were moved to idealize spacing of upper teeth and level the biting edges of the lower teeth to ideal
-Teeth were bleached and lower front teeth were shaped to ideal
-Veneers were placed on upper front 4 teeth and crowns on upper canines to correct esthetics and function
