Upper Crowns, Bleaching and Disking

-Patient presents with poor aesthetics and function with resulting wear, abfractions and recession.
-Lower teeth are bleached and reshaped.
-Upper teeth are restored with porcelain Emax crowns to correct aesthetics and function.
