-Patient presents with full mouth breakdown caused by poor bite.
-Lower front teeth are hyper-erupted.
-Upper front teeth are also hyper-erupted because of excessive wear.
-Right front tooth (lateral incisor) has fractured resulting in need for extraction.
-Patient is over closed (lost vertical dimension) because of worn teeth.
-All teeth are in need of restoration because of wear and or dental caries.
-Crown lengthening is completed on lower front teeth, upper front teeth and upper bicuspids to correctly position tissues.
-A dental implant is placed in the missing tooth site.
-Crowns are placed on all teeth and implant at an increased vertical dimension to restore the patient to the correct aesthetics and function.
