-Patient presents with poor color, severe wear, erosion, mal-positioned teeth and slightly closed vertical dimension.
-Lower front teeth are hyper-erupted and worn.
-Crown lengthening is done on lower front teeth to position tissues correctly for restoration.
-Crown are placed on all teeth except upper 1st and 2nd molars.
-Vertical dimension is opened by placing crowns on all lower teeth.
