-Tooth color of natural teeth is poor.
-Two upper front teeth are too wide for the other front teeth and tissue positions of upper front teeth should be higher.
-Teeth are repositioned Orthodontically to correct plane of occlusion.
-Crowns were placed on 11 upper teeth and 11 lower teeth to correct aesthetics and function.
