– Patient had previous history of trauma to left central and left incisor.
– Teeth were restored in attempt to keep as long as possible.
– Now teeth present with fractured roots on left central and left incisor with significant bone loss.
– Patient also has anterior wear on all anterior teeth.
– Patient has gaps between many front teeth.
– Left central and left incisor are extracted, bone grafting and tissue contouring in sites are completed.
– One implant is placed to restore both missing teeth in site of front tooth.
– Lower front teeth are smoothed and shaped to ideal position.
– Upper 6 front teeth are restored with crowns, including 2 connected crowns, to ideal esthetics and function.
