-Patient has failing cantilever bridge w/decay on upper right canine and missing upper right lateral incisor replaced by pontic.
-Teeth are bleached.
-Lower six front teeth are shaped to ideal plane of occlusion.
-Bridge is placed on upper right front 3 teeth and crowns are placed on the upper left front 3 teeth to ideal esthetics and function.
