Patient had previous history of trauma to left central and left incisor. Teeth were restored in attempt to keep as long as possible. Now teeth present with fracture roots on left central and left incisor with significant bone loss. Patient also has anterior wear on all anterior teeth. Patient has gaps between many front teeth. Left central and left incisor are extracted, bone grafting and tissue contouring in sites are completed. One implant is placed to restore both missing teeth in site of front tooth. Lower front teeth are smoothed and shaped to ideal position. Upper 6 front teeth are restored with crowns, including 2 connected crowns, to ideal esthetics and function.
